Stop 18 — Transition Queen Anne

The three-story Transition Queen Anne at 320 West 9th was moved to its present location from Graham Street in 1976. Per Friends of Fourth Ward, the house has undergone extensive renovations and now includes a conservatory and a garden-level apartment. Features include a curved wall in the foyer, original slate roof and woodwork, heart-pine floors, wormy-chestnut kitchen cabinets, and a private courtyard garden with fountain and arbor.
