Year built: 1903 Style: Craftsman

The Craftsman-style residence at 312 West 9th was built in 1903 and restored in 1976 to its original floor plan. Per Friends of Fourth Ward, the restoration retained the original oak and walnut mantels and moldings. The front door and a stained-glass window are original.

The 1976 restoration date is worth noting — this house was restored in the same year the Junior League began its work on the Berryhill House, placing 312 W 9th firmly in the first wave of the revival.
