The Park Plaza / Park Place confusion
Park Plaza is at 405 West 7th Street. Park Place is a separate complex — brownstone-style townhomes at the corner of Poplar and 7th Street, also a Friends of Fourth Ward member HOA. The two buildings are often confused because of the similar names and shared street. They have different architecture, different eras, and different HOAs.
Location
Park Plaza front door looks directly at Fourth Ward Park. That is the shortest summary of the building selling proposition. The walk to the Blue Line 7th Street station is three minutes; the walk to Alexander Michael at 9th and Pine is five.
