The Park Place / Park Plaza disambiguation
This is the townhome complex. The Park Plaza mid-rise condo at 405 W 7th Street is a different building. Same general area, similar name, completely separate HOAs and different architecture. Park Place is brownstone-style townhomes; Park Plaza is a 1999 mid-rise condominium tower.
Location
Corner of Poplar and 7th, with the front of most townhomes facing Fourth Ward Park. That is the location and that is the selling proposition. The walk to the Blue Line's 7th Street Station is three minutes; Alexander Michael's at 9th and Pine is five.
